Features
- Using 4 point fine micro adjusters with 0.01mm accuracy indicator to measure the flatness of upper worker rollers
- All rolls are made of (SUJ2) bearing steel, heated and quenched to achieve HRC60, then finished with hard and smooth chrome plating process.
- Japanese bearings, lubrication system on gears in the straightener for high precision and durability. Quality guaranteed.
- Adjuster roller controls curve of outlet material to flat, up curve, or down curve.
