• Belt Bridle
Belt bridle width: 400mm-1600mm
This belt type tensioner is used in place after a coiled metal sheet slitting machine to impart even strength throughout the metal sheet as it is re-wound. It is necessary to impart tension to the material sheet before it arrives at the re-coiling machine. This tensioner has a compound belt bridle designed for application with a number of material surface requirements. This allows the user’s choice of belts or felt pads to produce tension in the material sheet. Materials such as coated steel, tinplate, electromagnetic steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloy sheets that require strict attention to surface quality, using belts is recommended. For generic materials that do not require such strict attention to surface quality, felt pads should be used.
This machine only uses Japanese imported belts - quality is guaranteed!
